PropLAB

Terms of Service

Version 2026-08-10. Using PropLAB means agreeing to these terms.

1. What PropLAB is — and is not

PropLAB is a sports analytics service. It publishes model-generated probabilities, projections, and analysis of sports betting markets, together with a public record of how those numbers performed. It is informational only.

PropLAB is not a sportsbook. It does not accept, place, broker, or pay out wagers of any kind, and it holds no gambling licence. Any bet you place is placed elsewhere, under that operator's terms, at your sole decision and risk.

2. Not advice, and no guarantees

Nothing on PropLAB is financial, investment, or gambling advice. A probability is an estimate with real uncertainty, and the variance of sports outcomes is large relative to any realistic edge. Models can be wrong, data feeds can be wrong, and past performance — including our own published ledger — does not predict future results. You are responsible for every decision you make with this information.

3. Age and jurisdiction

You must be of legal age to view sports wagering information in your jurisdiction — and in no case under 18 — to use PropLAB. You are responsible for knowing whether sports betting is lawful where you live; PropLAB does not verify wagering legality on your behalf and must not be used where such information is unlawful.

4. Responsible gambling

If gambling is causing you or someone you know harm, help exists and it works: in the US, call or text the National Problem Gambling Helpline at 1-800-522-4700 or call 1-800-GAMBLER; in Canada, contact your provincial problem-gambling service. PropLAB may decline to serve features to any account at its discretion, including where use appears harmful.

5. Your account and your data

You need an account to use most of PropLAB. Keep your credentials to yourself; you are responsible for activity under your account. We store the account details you give us (email, username, avatar), your app preferences, and the content you create (watchlist, tracked bets, scan history).

The Parlay Scanner reads slip photos on your device. The image itself is never uploaded; our servers receive only the text of the legs you confirm and an anonymous fingerprint of the image. Text from slips that could not be read may be stored to improve the reader. You can delete your scan history at any time, and the delete is real.

We use trusted processors to run the service — hosting, database, and payments — and share data with them only as needed to operate. We do not sell your personal data.

6. Subscriptions and billing

Premium features are sold as a subscription, billed through Stripe. Prices are shown before you pay. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; cancel any time from your account page, effective at the end of the paid period. Except where law requires otherwise, payments are non-refundable once a billing period has begun.

7. The public ledger

PropLAB publishes a graded record of its own picks. Grades are written once from official results and are not edited; open entries can settle late or, where a result is genuinely ambiguous, remain open. The ledger describes the past performance of our models and is subject to section 2 like everything else here.

8. Acceptable use

Do not scrape, resell, or redistribute PropLAB's data or analysis; do not probe, overload, or interfere with the service; do not misrepresent yourself or use another person's account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that break these terms.

9. Liability

The service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent the law allows, PropLAB and its operators are not liable for losses of any kind arising from use of the service — including, without limitation, gambling losses, lost profits, or decisions made in reliance on any number, grade, or analysis published here. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid PropLAB in the twelve months before the claim.

10. Changes and contact

We may update these terms; material changes get a new version date and continued use after notice means acceptance. Questions: support@proplab.app. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest stands.
