Privacy Policy
Effective August 11, 2026. This page says what we collect, why, and what you control.
1. What we collect
Your account: the email address you sign up with, your username and avatar if you set one, and a record of the Terms of Service version you accepted and when. Your use of the app: preferences, favourites and watchlists, friends you add, bets you choose to track, and your scan history. Your subscription status, if you subscribe.
2. The Parlay Scanner
Slip photos are read on your device. The image itself is never uploaded. Our servers receive only the text of the legs you confirm and an anonymous fingerprint of the image so duplicates can be recognised. Text from slips the reader could not parse may be stored to improve the reader. You can delete your scan history at any time, and the delete is real.
3. What we never collect
We do not run advertising trackers or third-party analytics, and there are no ad cookies — the only cookies are the ones that keep you signed in. We never see or store your card number: payments are handled entirely by Stripe, which sends us only your subscription status. We do not collect your location, your contacts, or anything from your device beyond what this page names. We do not sell personal data, full stop.
4. Who processes data for us
Three processors run the service, each receiving only what its job needs: Supabase (database and sign-in), Vercel (hosting), and Stripe (payments). Sports statistics and betting odds shown in the app come from licensed data feeds and describe public sporting events, not you.
5. Retention and deletion
We keep your data while your account exists. Scan history you delete is gone immediately. To delete your whole account and its data, email support@proplab.app from your account address and we will delete it; records we must keep for legal or accounting reasons (for example, billing history) are kept only as long as those reasons require.
6. Your rights
Ask and we will show you the data we hold about you, correct it, or delete it, subject to the legal-retention carve-out above. Depending on where you live, these rights may also be guaranteed to you by law; nothing here narrows them.
7. Changes and contact
If what we collect ever changes, this page changes first and materially affected users are notified. Questions: support@proplab.app.
